1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
½ cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, eggs, grapeseed oil, vanilla, and milk until smooth and glossy.
