Got Questions?

We’ve Got Flavorful Answers

When they’re made like ours, they are perfectly safe! While homemade infused oils can carry risks if stored improperly, Benissimo uses professional, commercial-grade methods and dried herbs to ensure our oils are shelf-stable and botulism-free. You get the depth of a handcrafted infusion with the peace of mind of a high-quality, kitchen-ready product.

We don’t believe in rushing greatness. We use a traditional technique called Full Stem Immersion. Instead of using heat or chemicals to speed things up, we let the entire herb stem take a "plunge" in the oil, hanging out until every single drop of authentic flavor is surrendered. This cold maceration process preserves the delicate, herbaceous profile that artificial flavorings just can't touch.

Why choose? Benissimo infused oils are the ultimate multitaskers. While many flavored oils are only meant for drizzling, our oil bases are specifically chosen to handle the heat of sautéing, searing, and roasting. Of course, they still taste incredible as a dipping oil or whisked into a fresh vinaigrette—it’s the versatility your kitchen deserves.

It’s the difference between authentic craft and a shortcut. A "flavored" oil often just has extracts or chemical compounds added after the fact. A Benissimo infused oil is made by steeping real herbs directly in the oil so the flavor becomes part of its DNA. The result is a deeper, more complex taste that won't disappear the moment it hits a hot pan.
