• Amazon & Online Marketplaces: Benissimo does not permit any wholesale partners, distributors, or third‑party sellers to resell our products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other third‑party marketplaces.
• Exclusive Rights on Amazon: Hongar Farms Gourmet Foods is the only authorized seller of Benissimo products on Amazon.
• Wholesale Sales (if applicable): Wholesale accounts may sell through brick‑and‑mortar stores or their own branded e‑commerce websites, but not on third‑party marketplaces.
• Authenticity & Warranty: Manufacturer warranty and customer support apply only to purchases made from our authorized Amazon seller, Pole Hooks. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, or safety of items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Enforcement: Unauthorized marketplace listings may result in cancellation of wholesale privileges (where applicable), IP complaints, and other enforcement actions to protect our brand and customers.
