28 ounces tomato sauce
¼ cup water
4 tablespoons Traditional Italian Seasoning, or to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 large tomato, chopped
16 ounces cottage cheese
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked

Combine first 5 ingredients; spread half of sauce onto bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.

Mix cottage cheese, spinach, ½ cup mozzarella and Parmesan until well combined. Spoon mixture evenly into pasta shells, place over sauce in baking dish; top with remaining sauce. Cover.

Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining mozzarella; bake uncovered 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
