Ingredients
1 small sourdough loaf
1 small wheel Brie cheese
½ stick butter
1 tablespoon Benissimo Oh So Garlic
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F.
-
Place the Brie on top of the bread and cut around it to create an opening the same size as the cheese.
-
Shell out the sourdough loaf so the Brie fits snugly inside the hollowed bread.
-
Melt the butter and rub it around the inside of the bread cavity and the inside of the bread lid.
-
Sprinkle Oh So Garlic seasoning inside the bread and on the lid, rubbing it in to coat evenly.
-
Remove the white rind from the Brie and place the cheese inside the bread loaf. Cover with the bread lid.
-
Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 30–40 minutes, until the cheese is warm and melted.
-
Make small cuts along the bread so guests can easily tear off pieces and enjoy.
