1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon Wicked Good Peppermapl

Optional
Pinch cayenne for heat
1 teaspoon tomato paste for deeper richness
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, water, and Maple Bacon Sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, smoked paprika, pepper, and garlic. Stir to combine.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium low heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more Maple Bacon Sugar for sweetness or a splash more vinegar for brightness.
