This Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
2 – 15 ounce cans creamed sweet corn
1 pound mild pork sausage
1 ¼ teaspoons Jalapeno Salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
35 Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions:

Cook sausage in medium frying pan until crumbled and brown, set aside.

Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add cooked sausage and stir until well blended.

Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350˚F for 55 minutes or until the casserole begins to brown. Remove from oven and let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
