16 ounces thawed pizza dough, cut in half

8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls, divided

¼ cup water plus 3 tablespoons

2 tablespoons EVOO

½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

1 cup whole kernel corn, divided

Instructions

Preheat oven to 550°F.

In a small bowl, combine Shallot, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning with ¼ cup water; set aside for 10 minutes to rehydrate.

Heat EVOO in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the rehydrated seasoning and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring, for 8–10 minutes until softened. Stir in remaining 3 tablespoons water and cook until combined.
