Ingredients

  • 16 ounces thawed pizza dough, cut in half

  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls, divided

  • ¼ cup water plus 3 tablespoons

  • ½ cup Shallot, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons EVOO

  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, divided

  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine Shallot, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning with ¼ cup water; set aside for 10 minutes to rehydrate.

  3. Heat EVOO in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the rehydrated seasoning and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring, for 8–10 minutes until softened. Stir in remaining 3 tablespoons water and cook until combined.

  4. Roll out half of the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread half of the seasoning mixture evenly over the dough.

  5. Top with half of the mozzarella pearls and ½ cup of corn.

  6. Bake for 6–8 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil.

  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make a second pizza.

Optional: Add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes or jalapeño salt for extra heat.
