Ingredients
24 large sea scallops (about 1 ¾ Lbs)
2 Tbs butter, divided
1 Tbs Wicked Good Salt Free Seasoning
Sprinkle the scallops with No Salt Seasoning.
Instructions
- In a large non-stick skillet, over high heat, melt half the butter. Add half the scallops and sauté, turning once, until just golden on both sides and just opaque in the center. Do not overcook.
- Remove the cooked scallops to a serving dish and tent with aluminum foil. Repeat with remaining butter and scallops.
- Add salt & pepper to taste (optional). Serve with lemon wedges
