Ingredients:

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ teaspoons Dill & Tarragon Seasoned Sea Salt or more to taste
15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
15 ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 ½ cups steamed, cooled and chopped green beans (about 6 ounces raw)
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 cup diced Gouda cheese (about 5 ounces)
½ red or sweet onion, diced

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, vinegar, Benissimo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Dill & Tarragon Seasoned Sea Saltdill.
  2. Add all of the beans, tomato, Gouda cheese and onion, toss to coat.  Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 day.  
  3. Taste just before serving and adjust Dill & tarragon Seasoned Sea Salt if necessary.
