Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons Benissimo Roasted Garlic Oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet.
